We know the job site often requires larger accommodation for equipment protection and housing. That is why we offer a more tailor-made solution with our modular equipment buildings. These rigid and quality-made modular buildings are preassembled at our facility, then split into shippable sections of halves and quarters, moved on trailers up to 56’ in length, and transported directly to your location, where they are quickly fit back together.

Prefabricated Modular Building
We can provide modular buildings beyond trailer lengths to fit any job or project you may have. These unique structures offer a much larger finished result than our Standard Buildings and take far less time to assemble than our On-Site Buildings. Within the modular system, custom equipment is prewired and installed prior to shipping. As these buildings are put together, we can connect them with J-boxes and pigtails to minimize the number of workers needed at the job site. In addition, we can customize our modular buildings with or without floors and steel skids.

In-house Engineering and Design Capabilities

Everything we do is all in-house in our 120,000sq.ft. facility located in Itasca, IL. Our capabilities include fast customized designs and quotes, painting, high-quality welding, CNC machining, complete UL panel builds, controls programming, custom equipment incorporation, thorough inspections, shipping, installation, and various turnkey services to keep your operations moving forward.

Customer Equipment Integration

Customer-provided equipment, electrical, and HVAC components have the option full integration integrated into an environmentally controlled industrial enclosure at our facility. In the end, a completed turnkey package is delivered to your facility for quick installation. All equipment is fully tested prior to shipment for seamless installation and an on-time, on-budget start-up.
